She carries oak and laurel branches with stars and stars flowing in the breeze next to her. Inscriptions read “LIBERTY,” “2005” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.”
Weinman’s design was originally created for the Walking Liberty Half Dollars that was in circulation from 1916-1947. It was so beloved that it made its way onto the American Silver Eagles when they were introduced in 1986.
John Mercanti designed the reverse for the ASE series that showcases a spread-winged heraldic eagle behind a shield. It holds a banner in its beak reading “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” The eagle clutches an olive branch and a bundle of arrows and sits underneath 13 stars, which represents the 13 colonies.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
